AI Product Manager at Talent Neuron

We are now seeking a Mid-Level AI Product Manager to join our hybrid team in India and help shape the next generation of AI-driven data offerings.

Key outcomes

• Prioritize and execute the Artificial Intelligence strategy roadmap to deliver measurable value to customers.
• Partner with product managers to align AI team roadmaps with customer-facing product development and ensure seamless integration.
• Define quantifiable success metrics that track the effectiveness and impact of AI initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria in collaboration with Data Engineering and Machine Learning teams.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on scoping, story refinement, success criteria, and validation of results.
• Develop strategies to expand data sets in line with market demand and client needs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on key architectural decisions that optimize data processing and storage.
• Communicate complex concepts, roadmap updates, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work with customers, product owners, and technical leads to convert solution concepts into specific technical deliverables and integrations.
• Develop, prioritize, and manage the feature and release backlog throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• At least three years of product-management experience focused on AI or machine-learning products.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine-learning concepts, technologies, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud data environments, data contracts, EMR notebooks, and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success launching and managing AI products from concept through release and ongoing iteration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and performance measurement.
• Experience working within agile software-development processes and tools.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Pyspark for building and analyzing data.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Exposure to BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
