Key outcomes
- Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap for AI and machine learning capabilities across our entire ecosystem.
- Partner closely with data science, MLOps, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions, covering everything from initial problem framing to production deployment and monitoring.
- Lead product direction for generative AI and LLM use cases, ensuring high standards for safety, quality, and ethical implementation.
- Collaborate with hardware and embedded teams to optimize AI experiences for resource-constrained edge devices, focusing on latency and efficiency.
- Establish and maintain feedback loops using customer insights and operational data to drive continuous model improvement and retraining.
- Communicate complex AI strategies and system limitations clearly to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of owning AI, machine learning, or data-intensive products.
- Demonstrated success in shipping production-grade ML systems in collaboration with cross-functional technical teams.
- Deep understanding of the full ML lifecycle, including data labeling, model training, evaluation metrics, and deployment infrastructure.
- Experience with at least one specialized area, such as computer vision, sensor data analysis, LLM-powered applications, or edge-based hardware products.
- Ability to operate at a Principal level by leading cross-team initiatives, shaping long-term strategy, and mentoring other product managers.
- Strong proficiency in English and the ability to work within the United States.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on professional background as a data scientist, ML engineer, or MLOps engineer.
- Practical experience utilizing ML platforms for pipeline orchestration, feature stores, and experiment tracking.
- Previous experience working within regulated or safety-critical industries.
Compensation
The target annual base pay range for this position is $121,300 to $177,900. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:
