We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in India. At TalentNeuron, we deliver the world’s leading global talent demand and supply data through an enterprise SaaS platform that draws on public datasets covering profiles, jobs, companies, universities, demographics, and skills. Our technology stack combines cloud, big data, and open-source tools to give clients real-time labor-market insights, predictive analytics, and support for workforce planning and diversity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize and drive the AI strategy roadmap, ensuring every release delivers measurable value to our customers.
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Define success metrics, track the performance of AI initiatives, and communicate progress and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least three years of product-management experience focused on AI or machine-learning products, including a proven record of launching and managing products through their full lifecycle.
- Strong grasp of AI and machine-learning concepts, algorithms, and technologies, along with hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark for data analysis and model development.
- Experience working in AWS cloud environments, including data contracts, EMR notebooks, and API integrations, plus familiarity with agile development practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with data-science, engineering, and customer-facing teams, and an analytical mindset that uses data to guide decisions.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense is a plus.
