AI Product Manager at Arize AI

We are building the leading observability and evaluation platform to help AI teams diagnose issues and improve their applications. By defining the canonical stack for AI workflows, we are solving the toughest challenges in the field, from experimentation to production-scale evaluation.

The role

We are looking for a mid-level AI Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our LLM product, specifically focusing on evaluations, tracing, and building workflows that empower AI engineers. You will collaborate closely with our core product, copilot, and open-source teams to drive our strategy forward. This is an opportunity to work alongside veterans from companies like Apple, Spotify, and Uber as we build the future of AI infrastructure.

Core responsibilities

• Own and develop a significant portion of our core product roadmap, managing the full product life cycle from initial ideation to final delivery.
• Engage directly with our customers to gather actionable feedback and insights that will help us refine our platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to translate market research and competitive analysis into high-impact product requirements.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a passion for building at scale. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role with strong product ownership in the AI or machine learning space.
• A proven track record of shipping technical products quickly and efficiently.
• A willingness to get your hands dirty with code when necessary.
• Deep familiarity with machine learning, data platforms, or infrastructure.
• Experience driving data-informed strategies and working directly with customers to foster community engagement.
• Fluency in English.

Compensation and benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $185,000, and it includes a competitive equity package. We also provide a comprehensive benefits program designed to support your health and well-being, which includes:
