You will:
- Create a groundbreaking Knowledge Graph that connects millions of gamers, thousands of developers, and billions of assets, unlocking opportunities in recommendations, fraud detection, safety, social proof, and more.
- Engineer large-scale data pipelines capable of ingesting billions of records daily and serving millions of queries per second to power state-of-the-art ML models.
- Collaborate with Roblox product teams to build next-gen AI platforms, shaping the roadmap for future AI-driven experiences.
- Research and innovate with the latest advancements in VectorDB, Feature Stores, and Ground Truth Data Labeling to redefine industry standards.
- Work with cross-functional teams to bring game-changing AI/ML solutions to life.
You have:
- A passion for connecting people through technology, creating experiences that bring billions together to play, learn, and grow.
- A drive to pioneer AI platform innovation with a builder’s mindset.
- 3+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems.
- Expertise in AI platform features, particularly ML Data Infrastructure.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
