Role at a glance
We are hiring a full-time AI Ops Manager at the senior level. The position is fully remote and open to candidates anywhere in the world.
Your impact
- Partner with teams across the company to surface operational bottlenecks and pinpoint where AI can deliver the biggest lift.
- Design, build, and maintain lightweight AI-powered solutions using low-code platforms and quick scripts, then keep those tools running smoothly.
- Champion AI adoption by running workshops, shaping rollout plans, and guiding stakeholders through the process changes that come with new technology.
What you'll need
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. At least five years of product management or engineering experience inside a B2B SaaS environment, including direct work with AI technologies. You bring a systems mindset that lets you untangle complex processes and design elegant fixes. You have a strong grasp of natural language processing, machine learning, and the current AI landscape, plus hands-on skill with low-code tools such as Airflow or Google AppSheet. You're comfortable writing quick scripts, integrating services, and shipping solutions on your own while keeping the end-user experience front of mind. Strong data instincts help you mine large datasets for clear insights, and your project-management experience lets you juggle multiple workstreams without losing momentum. Above all, you communicate clearly, collaborate generously, and stay curious as the technology keeps evolving. Fluency in English is required.
