Our platform helps enterprises secure their data, infrastructure, and applications across major cloud services like AWS, Azure, and Salesforce, as well as enterprise systems like SAP. We are currently pushing the boundaries of identity management by combining risk analytics with intelligent privilege management. We are looking for a seasoned AI ML Engineering Manager to join our team in India and help us continue our rapid growth.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead, mentor, and inspire a talented group of data scientists and AI developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- You will oversee the entire lifecycle of our AI projects, from initial architecture design and planning to final execution and delivery.
- You will drive innovation by implementing advanced techniques, such as fine-tuning models for specific tasks, integrating NLP into our products, and utilizing vector databases for semantic search.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in AI or machine learning engineering. We are looking for a leader who possesses the following:
- A strong educational background, including a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.
- Deep technical proficiency in Python and major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with data engineering and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical goals with business outcomes.
- Fluency in English.
