We are looking for a dedicated AI LLM Data Engineer to join our team in Japan. Our organization focuses on transforming unique marketing and e-commerce data into actionable insights, helping our clients make informed decisions that accelerate their business growth and secure a competitive edge. As a member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the value we deliver to our customers, boosting internal productivity, and building innovative AI assistants. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects from the ground up, utilizing cutting-edge large language models such as GPT-4o and Claude.
Key outcomes
- Develop and deploy new features that directly contribute to our core business strategies.
- Design, implement, and refine conversational business support applications by leveraging the latest AI and LLM technologies.
- Create and deliver custom AI solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.
- Explore and implement best practices for LLMOps to ensure efficient and scalable AI operations.
- Participate actively in code reviews and engage in technical discussions to foster team growth.
Requirements
- Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and the specific challenges they address to stakeholders without a technical background.
- One to two years of professional experience developing applications that utilize large language models.
- One to two years of experience working with cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Preferred qualifications
- Specialized knowledge in machine learning and statistics.
- Practical experience implementing natural language processing or machine learning models.
- Two or more years of experience building B2B products.
- Familiarity with frameworks and libraries for large language models, such as LangChain or LangSmith.
- Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
