- Continuously benchmark model performance against the latest machine-learning research, iterating rapidly to maintain industry-leading detection rates.
- Present model capabilities and results to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite.
- Mentor and upskill team members in AI methodologies while owning the anti-fraud technical roadmap, project plans and delivery milestones.

- At least ten years of professional experience in technology-driven organizations, including a minimum of five years focused on fraud detection or prevention with direct application of AI and machine-learning techniques.
- Hands-on track record of building and deploying deep-learning models and user-behavior analytics that identify fraud and security threats.
- Practical expertise in feature engineering, transformer architectures and clustering algorithms.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex, high-impact systems that strengthen fraud prevention and overall risk posture.
- Strong analytical problem-solving, strategic thinking and clear communication skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in fast-paced startup or top-tier technology environments.
- Published research or notable contributions in cybersecurity, particularly in fraud detection or platform-security domains.
