AI Innovator at CERE Network

We are looking for a Senior AI Innovator to join our team in Poland and help us lead the Web3 AI revolution. At Cere, we are democratizing the data stack by focusing on data sovereignty and private ownership through our decentralized, Web3-governed distributed data clusters. As we scale to support millions of nodes, we need you to help us build a privacy-respecting constellation of AI agents that operate at the edge, ensuring users maintain full control over their data.

Responsibilities

• Integrate agentic AI compute directly into our distributed data cluster infrastructure to advance our Sovereign Data Stack.
• Manage dynamic data indexing as information enters our clusters through ETL pipelines.
• Enable secure, localized data querying for individual AI agents.
• Develop orchestrators to configure triggers and engagements for our evolving AI systems.
• Build and refine sophisticated AI demos, including work in computer vision, video processing, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to architect safe, secure, and performant methods for data onboarding and processing.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of your projects while maintaining a proactive communication style.

Must-haves

• Proven experience in Engineering, AI, Data Pipelines, and Computer Vision.
• A strong interest in driving a data-pipelines-first approach to the AI agent marketplace.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and deploy bleeding-edge AI demos, such as those involving LLMs or sentiment analysis.
• A deep interest in decentralization and the unique challenges it presents for AI development.
• A mindset rooted in intellectual honesty, prioritizing first-principles thinking and hard-earned knowledge.
• Professional proficiency in English.

• Previous experience working closely with founders or having served as a founder yourself.
• A passion for reducing time-to-market for complex AI solutions.
• An enthusiasm for face-to-face collaboration during team on-site and off-site events.
