AI Innovator at Cere-network

At Cere, we are building the future of data sovereignty by democratizing the data stack through decentralized, Web3-governed distributed data clusters. We are currently seeking a Senior AI Innovator to join our engineering team in Warsaw to help us scale our data computation to millions of nodes and advance our vision of Ambient AI.

Responsibilities

• Integrate agentic AI compute directly into our distributed data cluster infrastructure.
• Design and implement dynamic data indexing for incoming data via our ETL pipelines.
• Develop secure, localized querying mechanisms for individual AI agents.
• Build and maintain an orchestrator to manage triggers and engagements within our AI system.
• Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to optimize data onboarding and secure data processing.
• Create and refine sophisticated AI demos, including projects focused on video, geolocation, and predictive analytics.
• Take full end-to-end ownership of your domain while maintaining a proactive communication style.

Must-haves

• Strong expertise in Engineering, Data Pipelines, and AI.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• A deep interest in Web3 and decentralized systems.
• Proven ability to build and deploy cutting-edge AI demos, such as computer vision or LLM applications, with a focus on reducing time-to-market.
• A mindset rooted in first-principles thinking and intellectual honesty.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a background as a founder or working closely with founding teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in driving a data-pipelines-first approach to AI agent marketplaces.
• A strong preference for practical, hard-earned knowledge over theoretical metrics.
