- Utilize your expertise in API connectivity to integrate various systems and ensure seamless data flow between our platforms.
- Partner with department heads to scale AI adoption and ensure our automation strategies align with broader business objectives.
- Refine and optimize our existing automation frameworks using advanced AI technologies and platforms like ChatGPT.
- Develop specialized sales-focused AI tools, such as automated meeting bookers and SDR functions, to streamline our outreach.
- Enhance our email infrastructure by integrating AI-driven solutions to improve communication capabilities.
- Monitor the performance of all AI implementations, providing clear metrics and insights on the efficiencies achieved.
- Improve the customer experience by optimizing AI-driven tools, such as chatbots on our website and Zendesk functionalities, to reduce support ticket volume.
Requirements
- A deep passion for AI and automation, supported by hands-on experience with platforms like Zapier, Make, and ChatGPT.
- Technical proficiency in coding, such as JavaScript or Python, to customize solutions and create robust integrations.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a constant drive to innovate and push the boundaries of current technology.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into accessible tools for diverse teams.
- A data-driven approach, focusing on continuous performance optimization and efficiency.
- Professional fluency in English.
