About the Role: As our AI Superhero, you’ll be the driving force behind integrating AI and getting AI superpowers into the hands of all customer-phasing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement AI Across Departments: Spearhead AI projects within marketing, sales, and support, enhancing efficiency and promoting innovation across the organization.Low-Code Solutions for Automation: Develop and deploy low-code solutions to automate tasks, increasing productivity in sales, marketing, and support.Connect APIs: You have experience working with APIs to integrate systems, retrieve data, and create seamless connections between tools and platformsStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Department Heads in marketing, sales, and support to expand AI and automation usage, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Optimize Existing Automation: Refine and enhance current automation solutions using low-code tools and AI technologies, including platforms like ChatGPT.Sales-Focused AI Tools: Design and deploy AI-driven sales tools, such as automated SDRs and meeting bookers, using inspiration from platforms like 11x.ai.Email System Integration: Investigate and implement AI-enhanced email solutions, leveraging platforms like Alvas.ai to elevate our email capabilities.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze AI implementations, delivering actionable insights and metrics on the enhancements and efficiencies gained.Customer-Focused AI Optimization: Enhance user interactions with customer-facing AI tools, like chatbots on Veo.co and AI functionalities within Zendesk, to improve overall customer experience and lower the number of support tickets.About You:
You have a deep passion for AI and automation, you might have hands-on experience using tools like Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms.You’re comfortable writing a bit of code if needed—whether it’s JavaScript, Python, or your chosen weapon of efficiency - to tailor solutions and make integrations seamless.You’re a self-starter with a constant drive to experiment, innovate, and push boundaries.You bring a collaborative spirit and can translate complex AI solutions into accessible, actionable tools across teams.You’re data-driven, focusing on optimizing performance and maximizing efficiency at every turn.Example of Projects You could Tackle:
