We are looking for a creative and technical AI Growth Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States.

Key outcomes

• Design and execute automated workflows that scale our content production from opportunity identification to final publication.
• Leverage our proprietary platform to uncover content opportunities and develop a strategic roadmap for AI-driven growth.
• Build technical processes to integrate our brand voice and internal expertise into AI outputs to ensure high-quality, authoritative content.
• Create and manage human-in-the-loop quality assurance systems to maintain brand standards while increasing overall output.
• Define and track key performance indicators to measure the efficiency and impact of our AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distribute content effectively and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
• Train internal team members on the use of AI tools and playbooks to accelerate our collective marketing efforts.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in growth marketing, digital product management, or content marketing, ideally within a SaaS or B2B technology setting.
• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Notebook LLM.
• Technical proficiency in Python or JavaScript, along with experience working with REST APIs and AI/ML libraries such as LangChain or Hugging Face.
• Practical experience with low-code or robotic process automation tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or UiPath.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to produce both AI-generated and traditionally written content.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices and web writing, paired with excellent project management capabilities.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $125,000 per year, with final placement determined by your specific experience.
