Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic AI Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our AI-driven content initiatives. You’ll use AI tools, LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and smart automation to rapidly scale marketing content efforts, unlock operational efficiency in content workflows, and experiment with new content ideas end-to-end.

We’re seeking a highly motivated candidate who is passionate about AI and wants to be on the cutting edge of content-driven growth. This is an AI-first role blending technical skills and creativity and a unique opportunity for the right candidate. This role sits within Marketing, but your toolkit will be unique: GPTs, Python notebooks, Make/Zapier workflows, APIs, and fast scrappy builds.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Content Scaling Process

• Architect and implement automated AI content workflows at scale, including processes opportunity identification, generation, approvals and publishing.
• Use Conductor’s product to identify content opportunities and optimizations, develop an AI content roadmap, and create content at scale. 
• Implement technical automation to audit and extract Conductor’s unique brand wisdom, voice, and authority as an input to AI content creation processes. 
• Collaborate with executives and internal teams to extract internal know how and product knowledge to improve the quality of AI outputs.
• Develop and automate QA and human-in-the-loop editing processes for AI-generated content to maintain high quality and brand standards while dramatically scaling output.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of AI content generation processes.
• Monitor and analyze AI-generated content performance, iterating on prompts to enhance output quality and relevance.
• Stay abreast of advancements in AI and natural language processing to continuously improve prompt strategies.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Act as an internal multiplier, sharing tools, playbooks, and internal agents that help marketing move faster.
•  Partner with marketing channel owners to ensure effective distribution of AI-generated and traditional content.
  Work closely with product marketing, product management, enablement and content leadership to maintain messaging consistency.
• Utilize data insights and A/B testing results to optimize both AI-generated and traditionally written content.
• Train team members on using AI content generation tools effectively within established processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing or digital product management, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated expertise working with AI content generation tools and prompt engineering. Proven Gemini, Notebook LLM, and/or ChatGPT experience required.
• Baseline knowledge of Python (or JavaScript), REST APIs, and one or more AI/ML libraries (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) or low-code automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both AI-generated and traditionally written content.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and writing for the web.
• Strong editorial judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Adept at pivoting to priority projects as they arise and managing bandwidth.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. 

The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $80,000-$125,000 per year. Placement within that range will be dependent on experience.
