AI Engineering Lead at FELLA

What you bring

As our AI Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for architecting our AI strategy and overseeing the development of intelligent systems across our entire platform. This is a full-time, remote position where you will work closely with our leadership team to automate clinical workflows and enhance our provider tools. Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing a model-agnostic AI infrastructure that allows for seamless integration and testing of various AI models.
• Driving AI adoption within our clinical operations to automate manual processes and improve patient outcomes.
• Leveraging AI to optimize our growth funnels, including the implementation of AI sales agents and advanced behavioral prediction models.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in software engineering, specifically within the fields of AI and machine learning. You should have a proven track record of building production-grade applications powered by LLMs, including experience with RAG systems, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. Proficiency in TypeScript and Python is essential, as is your ability to design robust APIs and create intuitive user interfaces with React. We value leaders who are data-obsessed, comfortable working in high-velocity environments, and capable of driving technical strategy while maintaining a focus on simplicity and reliability.

What we offer
