We’re building AI-powered Shopify for service professionals. We empower service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) to acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.
Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with an excellent team of 40+, including VP of Engineering, Goss Nuzzo-Jones, with plans to expand more in 2025. We serve thousands of local service businesses and were named as one of the Top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs in both 2023 and 2024.

Topline Pro has generated over $200 million in business for our customers across thousands of businesses in nearly all 50 states. Examples of some of our favorite stories include those of Jered, a landscaper in Daytona Beach, FL, who grew his business from $70k to over $2.2M, and Lauren, a painter in Adrian, MI, who started and grew her business to nearly $1M. Both in about a year of working with Topline Pro.
Our customers tend to be in the field and on the move, which drives our ardent focus on simple and intuitive yet powerful mobile web app design today, and in the future, native mobile app design. About the Role
We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join the team here in Boston, which provides an opportunity to have a significant impact on the product. Come help us scale to the next level!
You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact on a small yet growing team and culture. Our Engineering organization currently operates in three Agile pods. In this role, you will work within one of those pods, reporting to the VP of Engineering.
