The role
We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to join us full-time on-site in the United States. In this role you will shape how generative AI and machine-learning systems power the next generation of creative tools for top creators and brands.
Core responsibilities
- Partner with our content generation team to embed AI tools directly into ideation workflows, raising both the speed and quality of creative output.
- Build and iterate on prototypes that forecast content performance, measure engagement, and surface emerging creative trends across large-scale YouTube datasets.
- Translate statistical findings into clear recommendations that guide content strategy, personalization, and audience-growth initiatives.
Skills and experience
- Extensive hands-on experience applying AI and machine learning-especially NLP and large language models-to real-world products.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Demonstrated success leading projects that combine data visualization, statistical analysis, and prompt engineering to improve creative or audience outcomes.
- Deep familiarity with digital-content ecosystems, particularly YouTube, and the ability to explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- English fluency and a track record of continuous learning in generative AI and related fields.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $100,000–$500,000 per year. In addition, we offer 100% covered medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, stock options, and a complimentary gym membership.
