The opportunity

In this role, you will act as a consultant embedded within a client team to build cutting-edge, AI-powered products. You will not just be writing code, but crafting scalable and resilient architectures that solve real-world business problems. We operate with a test-first mindset and a strong commitment to pair programming, ensuring that every line of code meets the highest standards before it reaches production. This is a chance to apply your expertise in Generative AI and system architecture to help our clients navigate the complex landscape of intelligent digital platforms.

A day in the life

• You will build and deploy innovative AI-powered features, ranging from prompt optimizations to complex model integrations, while maintaining a robust CI/CD workflow.
• You will collaborate closely with your team to push the boundaries of what is possible, working on both traditional engineering tasks and advanced AI initiatives to create smarter, more efficient systems.
• You will share your progress and findings through regular show and tell sessions, presenting everything from experimental AI prototypes to successful production deployments to your colleagues and the wider company.

Who you are

You are a highly skilled developer who enjoys mentoring others and upholding the highest standards of software engineering. You possess a deep technical background and a passion for solving complex problems through experimentation and iteration. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Advanced expertise in GenAI and LLM frameworks, including RAG, agentic architecture design, fine-tuning, and vector database management.
• Solid experience with infrastructure and DevOps tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• A background in building high-performance, scalable applications using React or modern UI frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, simple language.
• Fluency in English.
