AI Engineer at Aprio

We are currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our Automation Information Technology team in Colombia for this full-time, on-site role.

What you'll be doing

• Design and architect end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions that align with our business objectives, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Build, test, and deploy models using Azure platforms, such as Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse, while creating APIs to integrate these solutions with our internal systems.
• Establish MLOps best practices by implementing CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, and automated testing to ensure high performance and reliability.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in AI architecture and a passion for continuous improvement. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and Python, along with a solid understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including containerization, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of data architecture, including SQL, NoSQL, and data lakes.
• Familiarity with modern AI techniques, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning large models, and working with vector databases.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members.
