The opportunity
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of research and production. Your primary goal is to take cutting-edge AI breakthroughs and turn them into tangible, high-impact solutions for the financial industry. You will be a key player in our engineering team, helping us deploy models that solve complex problems and make financial services more accessible. This is a chance to take ownership of end-to-end projects while working in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly influence our product and our users.
A day in the life
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models, ranging from classical algorithms like XGBoost to modern Transformers, to address real-world financial challenges.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build scalable data pipelines and integrate AI features into our core platform.
- Monitor and maintain models in production, ensuring they meet the high performance and accuracy standards required for financial operations.
Who you are
You are a seasoned engineer with at least five years of experience in the industry, and you hold a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. You are fluent in Python and comfortable working with frameworks like PyTorch and ScikitLearn. Your background includes a strong foundation in data structures and software engineering, along with specific expertise in natural language processing and computer vision. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, and you communicate effectively in English. Most importantly, you enjoy taking ownership of problems and are eager to learn new technologies to get the job done.
