Sharebite is the premier meal benefits platform designed to help companies nourish their employees while making a positive social impact. By streamlining ordering and billing for corporate teams, we have facilitated the donation of over 15 million meals to partners like Feeding America and City Harvest to fight food insecurity. We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our remote team and help us integrate intelligent solutions into our product and internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy full-stack features to gain a deep understanding of our core systems and business logic.
• Identify and execute high-impact automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and workflows using modern tooling.
• Integrate LLMs into our production environment in a reliable and safe manner.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to solve real-world user problems.
• Evaluate and refine AI systems based on performance metrics to ensure they deliver genuine value.
• Help establish our internal standards and best practices for responsible AI engineering.

Must-haves

• At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development with a track record of owning features from start to finish.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-powered systems into production.
• Proficiency with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AWS Bedrock.
• Practical knowledge of LLM APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks.
• Strong grasp of software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, and debugging.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different teams.
• Fluency in English.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 USD per year.
