About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building a sophisticated conversational interface and agentic platform. You will work closely with our leadership to ensure that our advanced analytics are accessible and intuitive for every user, creating experiences that feel both natural and highly adaptable.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine a conversational interface that empowers users to query insights and execute complex data tasks through natural language.
- Design autonomous agentic systems that allow users to complete multi-step workflows seamlessly.
- Improve our Retrieval-Augmented Generation capabilities to ensure that every interaction provides accurate and relevant data in real time.
Requirements
- Extensive experience working with conversational AI, LLMs, and natural language processing.
- Demonstrated success building autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a history of working in high-performance technical environments.
- Deep knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
- Hands-on experience fine-tuning and deploying large language models for text-to-SQL applications.
- Technical expertise in semantic search, ranking algorithms, and vector databases like Pinecone or Chroma DB.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
