Role at a glance

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Germany. We are seeking an experienced leader who can manage end-to-end AI engagements while mentoring our growing tech team. You will be at the center of our innovation efforts, working across diverse industries to turn ambitious ideas into scalable, real-world applications.

Your impact

• Lead and deliver: Take full ownership of data and AI projects from the initial scoping phase through to final delivery, ensuring both technical excellence and client success.
• Architect robust solutions: Design sophisticated systems using LLMs and modern data frameworks, establishing high standards for performance, governance, and scalability.
• Advise and mentor: Act as a trusted partner to C-level stakeholders while coaching junior engineers to foster a culture of technical growth and innovation.

What you'll need

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation in software engineering, machine learning, and AI product development. You should have at least five years of professional experience, including two years focused specifically on LLM-based solutions. Proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, and MLOps is essential. Because you will be working with both technical teams and executive leadership, you must be fluent in both English and German. A background in consulting or presales is highly valued, as is a proven ability to manage complex data architectures.
