Are you ready to help enterprises transition into a future where Digital Workers are as essential as the machines that powered the industrial revolution? At causaLens, we are building the first operating system for creating, deploying, and governing these intelligent agents. We have already secured over $50 million in funding from top-tier investors and are trusted by major organizations like Cisco and J&J to solve their most complex operational challenges. We invite you to join our team and help us replace repetitive manual tasks with high-impact, automated workflows.
What you bring
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United Kingdom. You will focus on the infrastructure and deployment of cutting-edge AI agents, ensuring our solutions are scalable and secure. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in engineering, cloud architecture, and DevOps, along with a passion for building workflows that deliver real-world value.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to design, build, and deploy bespoke agentic workflows that solve critical business problems.
- Architect and implement robust, production-grade systems that leverage the latest advancements in AI technology.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact AI products, taking them from initial concept to successful deployment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions to both cloud and on-premise environments, with a deep focus on security, availability, and observability. You should have proven experience with major cloud providers and a solid grasp of DevOps best practices. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with LLMs, RAGs, and agentic workflows. Because this is a client-facing role, you must have the ability to translate complex business needs into technical architectures while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required to succeed in our collaborative environment.
