What you bring
We are looking for a Mid-Level AI Engineer II to join our team on a Full Time basis at our India location. In this role, you will lead the charge in developing complex, agent-based AI applications that function as coordinated swarms to execute intricate business logic. Your work will be central to our mission, utilizing your expertise in AI, Large Language Models, and Fintech to create enterprise-grade solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and architecting advanced agentic AI applications that collaborate to solve complex problems.
- Applying deep knowledge of LLMs and SLMs to build intelligent agents through effective prompting and orchestration.
- Ensuring all AI solutions meet stringent banking standards for grounding, guard railing, and data security.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in building AI agent-based systems or multi-agent coordination frameworks. We value candidates who have experience within the financial services or fintech sectors, as well as a solid understanding of how to leverage existing models to create scalable business logic. You should be comfortable leading R&D efforts for niche business applications and have a proven track record of building conversational AI flows. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in conversational AI. Proficiency in English is essential, and you should be a collaborative leader who is passionate about staying at the forefront of AI trends.
