We're a fast-moving Web3 scale-up building an open-source data automation platform that lets companies deploy customizable AI agents without ripping apart their existing systems. Backed by Binance Labs, Republic Labs, and Polygon, we keep data private, accountable, and truly decentralized.
Role at a glance
We are hiring a AI Developer Evangelist on a full-time basis at the mid-level experience tier. The role is based in San Francisco and follows a hybrid work model, with occasional travel to connect with our global teams in Berlin, Amsterdam, and Warsaw.
Your impact
- Serve as the main technical contact for clients during deployment, guiding them through implementation and showcasing how our AI solutions deliver immediate value.
- Install and configure AI stacks on-site, resolve technical hurdles quickly, and feed practical insights back to our engineering teams for continuous product improvement.
- Represent Cere at industry events, workshops, and conferences, educating audiences on the benefits of decentralized AI while strengthening our network of partners and early adopters.
What you'll need
A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field plus roughly three years of hands-on AI development experience, ideally gained inside a startup. You bring a solid grasp of the AI market, proven client-facing skills, and the ability to explain complex technology to both engineers and business stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication, comfort with independent work, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Because you'll coordinate with our Polish engineering team, some schedule flexibility for time-zone overlap is required. Programming experience in Python or Java, familiarity with machine-learning frameworks, and an understanding of algorithms and data structures are highly valued.
Perks and compensation
We offer a hybrid work arrangement that balances focused office time in San Francisco with the freedom to work from home. You'll join a multicultural, high-performance team that values autonomy, transparency, and regular in-person meetups every one to two months. Our culture rewards disciplined first-principles thinking, continuous learning, and collective ownership of ambitious goals.
