AI Creative Producer at Kapten & Son

At Kapten & Son, our team of over 250 professionals is dedicated to building Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer backpack brand. We are currently looking for a Senior AI Creative Producer to join us in Germany. In this role, you will act as the driving force behind our visual content, utilizing artificial intelligence to produce high-quality photo and video assets that match the standards of traditional photography and cinematography. Key outcomes

• Create and execute AI-driven content, ranging from static imagery to complex video and motion assets, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with our internal video, photo, and graphic design departments to serve as a creative partner.
• Adapt real-world production elements, such as sets and locations, into AI-based extensions that allow for new angles, seasonal adjustments, or format changes without compromising our brand identity.
• Build scalable AI workflows and maintain a library of prompts and moods, while sharing your technical expertise with the wider team.
• Maintain a holistic view of our brand and campaigns to ensure consistency across all visual outputs.

Requirements

• A creative background in fields such as design, motion graphics, video production, or art direction.
• A refined visual eye with a deep understanding of lighting, composition, perspective, and aesthetics.
• Proven experience with AI tools for image and video generation, such as Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, or Veo3.
• A genuine passion for the evolving AI landscape and a desire to actively experiment with new technologies.
• The ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English.
