We are looking for an AI Content & Design Lead to join our team in a full-time capacity. Taskrabbit is a marketplace platform that connects people with Taskers to handle everyday home projects like furniture assembly, moving help, and handyman work. In this role, you will act as a creative architect, using generative AI to modernize our content ecosystem and drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of AI-native assets across social, digital, and marketing channels by designing, scripting, and writing content that resonates with our community.
• Master advanced prompt engineering techniques to ensure all AI-generated outputs, including text-to-image and video models, align perfectly with our brand identity and quality standards.
• Establish and refine creative workflows that integrate AI tools, allowing our team to rapidly prototype and iterate on content for better performance and personalization.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in creative leadership and a passion for emerging technology. You should have a portfolio that demonstrates your proficiency in using generative AI to augment design, video, and copywriting projects. We require expert-level experience with platforms like Midjourney, RunwayML, and GPT-4, alongside a solid foundation in traditional design tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You must possess excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical AI capabilities and our broader marketing goals, and you should bring a proactive, ethical approach to implementing these new technologies within a professional creative environment.

What we offer
