Are you ready to help shape the future of AI infrastructure and work alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry?
What you bring
We are looking for a Senior AI Compiler Engineer to join us full time in a remote capacity. In this role you will design and implement compiler types, operations, and passes for machine learning models, build an MLIR-based compiler with scalable infrastructure, and collaborate across teams to integrate your work with the rest of our product. You will also implement optimizations that support multiple frameworks and hardware platforms while working with machine learning researchers to guide development for future trends. The position is open to candidates located anywhere.
- Own the design and implementation of compiler components for machine learning models.
- Develop generic and extensible optimizations that run across frameworks and devices.
- Partner with other engineering teams to deliver a balanced software stack that maximizes performance on both server and mobile systems.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with at least eight years of compiler engineering experience and a strong background in machine learning compilers such as XLA, Glow, TVM, nGraph, TensorRT, or IREE. You should bring deep knowledge of core compiler algorithms and data structures, hands-on experience with machine learning graph optimizations, and expert-level proficiency in C++ along with familiarity with GitHub workflows. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as is a creative, curious mindset and alignment with our collaborative culture. English fluency is required. An advanced degree in computer science or related field, experience with MLIR and LLVM, and familiarity with low-bit model quantization are viewed as valuable additions but are not mandatory.
What we offer
The estimated base salary range for this role performed in the United States is $234,000.00 - $319,000.00 USD, with equity forming a significant portion of total compensation.
- Remote-first work environment with offices available in Palo Alto and Seattle for optional collaboration.
- Premier insurance plans and up to 5 percent 401k matching.
- Generous work-from-home setup stipends and flexible paid time off.
- Stock options as part of a competitive compensation package.
- Regular team-building events, onsites, and local meetups.
How to Apply
We encourage you to apply even if your background does not match every listed requirement. Please submit your application and join us in building world-class AI infrastructure that advances both technology and humanity.
