The role

We are seeking a Senior AI Clinical Solutions Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position, you will serve as the primary clinical expert and patient advocate for our AI agent deployments. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between complex medical requirements and technical implementation, ensuring that our solutions provide measurable value to both patients and healthcare organizations.

Core responsibilities

• Validate the clinical safety of every deployment by ensuring our agents provide appropriate responses and that robust safety protocols are in place before go-live.
• Drive clinician adoption and trust by demonstrating the efficacy of our AI agents and ensuring that performance metrics consistently exceed our targets.
• Identify and develop new clinical innovation pipelines, focusing on workflows where generative AI can significantly improve care delivery and patient access.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of clinical environments and a strong grasp of modern AI technologies. We require the following qualifications:

• An active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN).
• Extensive clinical experience in settings such as acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community care.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including prompting, conversational AI, or clinical NLP.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and ethics.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
