What you'll be doing

• You will lead the discovery process by facilitating stakeholder workshops to identify high-impact AI use cases, building robust business cases, and securing consensus on project direction.
• You will map and redesign complex business processes, specifically creating workflows that integrate with financial environments and Agentic AI systems while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards.
• You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from translating business needs into technical requirements and creating functional prototypes to managing stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery phase.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in business analysis or consulting, ideally within the financial services sector. You should be comfortable working in a remote environment and proficient in English. Your background should include the following:

• Strong expertise in business process analysis, stakeholder management, and developing ROI models.
• Practical, hands-on experience with LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and no-code or low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of financial ontologies, graph databases, and the technical requirements for AI governance in highly regulated industries.
• A proven ability to move AI projects from initial concepts into production environments.
