What you bring

As an AI Brand Manager, you will step into an executive-level role based in our New York City office. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will blend your expertise in digital marketing, machine learning, and data analysis to revolutionize how we connect with our community. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing AI-powered marketing strategies that utilize predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior and drive personalized campaigns.
• Building and refining recommendation engines that suggest the perfect products for every dog based on their unique preferences and playstyles.
• Collaborating with our data science and creative teams to integrate AI tools across all digital channels, ensuring our marketing remains innovative and highly effective.

Requirements

We are looking for a visionary leader who possesses a strong foundation in both marketing and technical application. You should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, supported by eight to ten years of experience in digital marketing, including at least two years focused specifically on AI and machine learning. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate a high level of proficiency with modern analytics platforms and AI-driven marketing tools. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about improving the lives of dogs through data-driven innovation.

What we offer
