The opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated AI Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will serve as a vital member of our engineering group, focusing on the architecture and maintenance of the systems that power our platform. Your work will directly influence the scalability and reliability of our services, ensuring that our users have a seamless experience as they engage with our AI tools. A day in the life

• You will design and build robust backend services and APIs that serve as the backbone of our AI-native platform.
• You will work closely with our frontend team to bridge the gap between complex server-side logic and the user-facing interface.
• You will optimize our database performance using MySQL and MongoDB to ensure our infrastructure remains fast and responsive as we scale.

Who you are

You are a motivated engineer with one to three years of experience in backend development. You have a solid grasp of Golang or Python and understand how to manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. You are comfortable working with networking protocols and security best practices, and you have a strong foundation in distributed system design. Because we operate as a global team, you must be fluent in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with your colleagues.
