We’re looking for a senior AI Application Engineer who wants to shape how the next generation of AI applications gets built and maintained.
What you'll be doing
- Debug and resolve issues across our platform, then ship the fixes as production-ready pull requests.
- Design and build internal tools and copilots that use generative AI to increase the speed and effectiveness of our own teams.
- Turn customer use cases into working prototypes quickly, collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to remove blockers and expand what AI can do.
What you'll bring
You bring two to five years of professional software experience and write clean, reliable code in Python and Golang. You have hands-on experience with generative AI, including LLM APIs and frameworks, and you’ve built copilots or similar automations. You’re comfortable working with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing concepts, and you’re familiar with AI frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph, Dify, or LiteLLM. You’re also at ease with JavaScript or TypeScript, or ready to pick them up quickly. Strong debugging skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to learn fast are essential. You work independently, create your own solutions, and avoid creating unnecessary dependencies.
English fluency is required. Experience in customer-facing roles, building custom GenAI applications, contributing to open-source projects, or working in fast-paced startup environments are all considered strong advantages.
