What you bring

As our AI Adoption Lead, you will join our technology team in a full-time capacity at our Sherwood Park office in Canada. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical potential and practical business results. Your role involves the following key responsibilities:

• Driving AI adoption by working directly with department heads to identify and implement meaningful integration opportunities.
• Designing, running, and evaluating AI pilot projects to address specific business challenges.
• Building internal resources such as toolkits, prompt libraries, and best practices to elevate AI fluency across the entire company.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses deep experience with AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Zapier. You should have a proven track record in change management and digital transformation, demonstrating an ability to lead through action and accountability. We are looking for someone who can translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for both technical and non-technical teams. You must be fluent in English and possess a humble, compassionate approach to teamwork.
