BIS Safety Software is a fast-paced, high-growth organization providing leading software for the safety industry. We’re looking to add a hands-on AI Adoption Lead to our team who will play a pivotal role in integrating AI into the daily operations of every department. This is your opportunity to turn strategy into results, and curiosity into impact, by helping shape the way BIS works with AI.
About this role
As a member of the Technology team, you’ll help bring AI into the day-to-day work of every department at BIS. This role isn’t about talking up the future of AI—it’s about making it real, practical, and useful right now. You’ll work across departments to uncover opportunities, test ideas, and turn AI into a trusted, go-to tool that helps people do their jobs better, faster, and more creatively. If you’re all about action, experimentation, and making change stick, this is your kind of role.
