What you bring

We are looking for a Lead AI-Accelerated Application Modernization Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will serve as a hands-on technical leader, using your expertise to guide clients through complex transformations. Your role will focus on integrating AI-first principles into the software development lifecycle to improve speed and quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical delivery leadership and architectural guidance for projects while identifying opportunities to implement AI solutions.
• Mentoring junior team members and uplifting client engineers by introducing them to AI-assisted workflows and modern development practices.
• Driving internal growth by participating in business development and evangelizing AI-first approaches and best practices across the organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a technical expert who thrives in ambiguous environments and possesses a deep hunger for learning. You should have extensive experience with full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps practices. We look for individuals who are fluent in multiple programming languages and comfortable navigating complex, distributed systems. You must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship. We value strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to navigate difficult conversations regarding AI adoption. A background in Agile, TDD, BDD, and DDD is essential, as is a willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
