We are looking for a Senior Agent Marketing Support Associate to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in building and maintaining a high-performing team of agents, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed while upholding our company culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and screening process to ensure we bring on high-quality agents who align with our standards.
- Oversee the training of staff and agents to ensure everyone has a deep understanding of our products.
- Manage agent satisfaction by resolving issues and concerns promptly.
- Foster a positive team environment through consistent culture alignment.
- Focus on leadership development to help team members grow in their roles.
- Track and manage agent performance to ensure we meet our regional goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with high-value agents to ensure their continued success with our business.
- Coordinate the logistics for terminal equipment, including retrieval, distribution, and repairs.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in marketing, recruiting, and support functions.
- Proven ability to monitor performance and drive results.
- Strong background in leadership development.
- Fluency in English.
