Role at a glance

We are hiring a Junior Affiliate Support Specialist for a full-time position. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with our global team.

Your impact

Resolve technical hurdles for our partners, including issues with platform access, tracking links, and reporting tools.
Manage payment inquiries and ensure that all billing invoices are processed and delivered to our finance department with precision.
Cultivate long-term partnerships by understanding the unique business models and goals of our affiliates, acting as their primary point of contact for all needs.

What you'll need

At least one year of experience in a customer support or sales environment.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
A genuine interest in digital marketing and a solid grasp of how affiliate marketing functions.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to plan your workload effectively.
A positive, professional attitude toward relationship management and a commitment to continuous learning.
