Key outcomes
- Design, monitor, and refine marketing initiatives alongside our affiliate partners.
- Manage and optimize our partner tracking platform, Impact Radius.
- Oversee special programs, including our Refer-a-Friend initiatives.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with partners to foster consistent growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact for partner support and inquiries.
- Evaluate and research new inbound partnership opportunities.
- Work closely with the product team to improve engagement and performance metrics.
- Direct the onboarding process for new partners to ensure smooth integration.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in partnership management, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proven expertise in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing strategies.
- Proficiency with the Impact Radius platform.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A customer-centric approach focused on continuously improving the user experience.
- Fluency in English.
