About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. About Binance Affiliate Team

This is a 100% internal-facing role requiring no external outreach. Binance affiliate team works with thousands of creators engaging in affiliate program and driving millions of users to the platform. There is an immense amount of data to be collected, analysed and turned into actionable plan for tens of internal stakeholders. We are looking for super accurate, data-driven, punctual and persistent person for a junior role as general Ops intern. An ideal candidate loves spreadsheets, can detect patterns and correlations, pushes people around them for excellency. Expected outputs would be highlighting inefficiencies, flagging abnormal activity, making learnings and ranking what exactly should be done to improve the outputs of the entire team. After that, we would need a candidate to meticulously follow up with everyone involved and make sure they submit what is expected or in some cases fix things on their own.

Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive analysis of the data collected from Binance's extensive affiliate network.

Deriving actionable strategies and recommendations based on insights gleaned from the data analysis.

Managing follow-up communications with external stakeholders to ensure proposed actions are effectively implemented.

Building detailed reports to monitor progress, and implementing a systematic tracking system for better transparency and productivity.

Designing and developing innovative marketing campaigns to promote Binance's offerings and enhance its market presence.

Performing internal audits of business development activities to ensure compliance and efficiency, and to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate with up to 1 year of experience.

A data-centric individual capable of analyzing large quantities of data and making informed decisions based on the insights derived.

Demonstrates an understanding of and interest in the cryptocurrency sector.

Possesses strong communication skills, enabling effective engagement with internal stakeholders.

Persistent with a keen attention to detail.

Displays a preference for action over conversation and has a results-oriented mindset.

Embraces a hands-on approach to tasks and problem-solving.

Proven ability to express the impact of work quantitatively and advocates for leading by example rather than providing generic instructions.
