As part of our Binance Accelerator Program, we are looking for an ambitious student or recent graduate to join our Affiliate Operations team. What you'll be doing
- You will analyze large datasets from our extensive affiliate network to identify patterns, flag abnormal activity, and uncover opportunities for operational improvement.
- You will translate your findings into actionable strategies and create detailed reports to monitor team progress and enhance overall productivity.
- You will manage follow-up communications with internal stakeholders to ensure that proposed improvements are implemented effectively and that all project requirements are met.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a student or a recent graduate with a strong interest in the cryptocurrency sector. We are looking for someone who is highly data-driven and comfortable working with spreadsheets to detect trends. You should possess excellent communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and a persistent, results-oriented mindset.
