We are Binance, the global blockchain organization operating the world’s largest digital asset exchange by trading volume and user base. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of cryptocurrency and increase the freedom of money for people everywhere. We are currently offering a full-time position within our Affiliate Marketing team as part of the Binance Accelerator Program. This initiative is designed for early-career talent to gain an immersive experience in the Web3 space while contributing to the most influential company in the blockchain industry.
Responsibilities
- Expand our affiliate network by performing cold outreach to media outlets, YouTubers, and various influencers.
- Manage key accounts by maintaining regular contact with affiliates, analyzing their performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations to improve their results.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns with a strong focus on return on investment, while supporting both online and offline events.
Requirements
- You must be a current university student or a recent graduate with a self-starting personality and the ability to work independently.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- You should be highly organized, comfortable managing multiple projects across different time zones, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong interest in blockchain technology and the Binance ecosystem is highly desirable, and previous experience in business development or marketing is considered an asset.
