About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this hybrid role, you will play a vital part in driving growth across our global affiliate programs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop effective strategies, optimize ongoing campaigns, and nurture strong relationships with our publishers to ensure our affiliate initiatives succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement affiliate marketing strategies designed to achieve consistent year-over-year growth.
- Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate collaborations, including campaign setup, auditing, and the coordination of insertion orders across various regions.
- Oversee publisher recruitment, provide essential onboarding assets, and manage creative content to ensure effective campaign execution.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least one year of professional experience managing affiliate marketing programs.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency with data reporting tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with CPA models and a solid understanding of business tools like CRMs and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- A basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
Location
This position is based at our office in Burleigh Heads, Australia, and offers a hybrid work arrangement.
