We are currently looking for passionate, fashion-obsessed individuals to join our growing team at our beautiful Burleigh Heads office.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role where you will play a key part in driving the growth of our global affiliate programs. If you are a motivated team player who loves pop culture and digital marketing, we would love to have you on board.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute strategic affiliate marketing initiatives to drive year-over-year growth for our brand.
• Manage the full lifecycle of affiliate collaborations, including recruiting new publishers, onboarding partners, and handling insertion orders across all regions.
• Analyze campaign performance by preparing monthly reports, conducting invoicing audits, and managing creative assets to ensure every project is implemented effectively.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this position, you should have at least one year of experience managing affiliate programs. We are looking for someone who brings the following skills to the table:

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and various data reporting tools.
• Experience working with CPA models and managing affiliate platforms.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, along with a working knowledge of Google Workspace and CRMs.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for managing creative assets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to build strong relationships with our publishing partners.
