Role at a glance

We are looking for a mid-level Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is open to candidates located anywhere, provided you are fluent in both German and English. You will take the lead on our partnerships and influencer strategy, helping us expand our reach and build lasting connections with creators and business partners.

Your impact

• Drive Partner Acquisition: Lead our outreach efforts to build a robust referral network and engage new partners through communities and in-app marketing.
• Develop Influencer Channels: Identify and sponsor creators who align with our brand to boost customer acquisition through targeted, high-quality content.
• Manage the Partner Program: Define and execute a comprehensive program that incentivizes partners to resell Perspective, utilizing tools like Partnerstack to manage the workflow.

What you'll need

• Three to five years of experience in affiliate management, influencer marketing, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• A proven track record of building partner networks through cold outreach and automated strategies.
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to produce educational materials like keynotes and tactical videos.
• A results-driven sales mindset and a deep understanding of current marketing trends.
• Fluency in both German and English.
• Tenacity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
