About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager with experience in managing a finance programme in the US.

Affiliate marketing is brand new focus for our company as a marketing channel, so you would create the strategy and build & grow our programme via an affiliate network. You would also on-board publishers onto the programme, manage relationships, analyze performance data to drive strategy adjustments, and collaborate across teams to align affiliate marketing efforts with broader marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit and Onboard Affiliates: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, negotiating beneficial partnership terms.
• Monitor and Analyse Performance: Track affiliate activity, analyse performance data, and identify areas for improvement. Implement strategies to enhance program effectiveness and ROI.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong communication with affiliates, providing support, resources, and incentives to foster productive, long-term partnerships.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of affiliate marketing efforts with broader marketing goals and timely campaign delivery.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to keep our program ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with financial regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience (2-4+ years) in affiliate marketing, with a successful track record of managing affiliate programs in the financial sector.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret performance data, market trends, and financial reports.
• Communication: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Autonomy: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools, such as Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, and CJ.
• Experience from fintech is highly preferred.
• Previous start-up experience is highly preferred.

• MBA (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $70k-$90k+ (depending on experience).
