What you bring
We are searching for a mid-level Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will be the primary architect of our affiliate strategy, taking ownership of a brand new marketing channel for our company. You will focus on building and scaling our presence through affiliate networks while ensuring our efforts remain aligned with our broader business goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and meet our sales targets.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new partners while negotiating mutually beneficial terms.
- Analyzing performance data and financial reports to optimize program effectiveness and maximize return on investment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position brings two to four years of experience in affiliate marketing, specifically within the financial sector. We are looking for someone who possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market trends. You should be a proactive communicator who is comfortable managing relationships with various stakeholders and working with autonomy in a remote or hybrid environment. Proficiency with industry-standard platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Rakuten, or CJ is essential. While not mandatory, an MBA is considered a bonus, and we highly prefer candidates who have previous experience in fintech or start-up environments. Fluency in English is required to ensure effective collaboration across our teams.
What we offer
