Berlin Brands Group has been a leader in designing and selling consumer goods, including kitchen appliances, home electronics, and garden gear, since 2005. With over 800 employees worldwide, we are one of Europe’s largest digital companies, and we are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team in Germany on a full-time, hybrid basis to help us scale our global e-commerce presence.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of our affiliate program by recruiting and onboarding new partners to drive e-commerce growth.
- Provide partners with the necessary tracking tools and ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Manage daily campaign operations to ensure we are maximizing our return on investment.
- Monitor affiliate activity to maintain ethical standards and protect our brand reputation.
- Create and implement paid social strategies on platforms like Meta, including setting KPIs and refining concepts.
- Use a test and learn approach to continuously optimize campaigns and stay ahead of industry trends.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Two to three years of professional experience managing B2C affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, paired with the ability to negotiate effectively with partners.
- Proficiency with tracking and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Fluency in English, with German language skills being a significant advantage.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience working with e-commerce affiliate networks like AWIN or Impact.
- Foundational knowledge of PPC channels, such as Google Ads or Meta.
