What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing & Creator Partnerships Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with creators and expand our reach through strategic partnerships.
What will you do?
- Develop and refine our affiliate marketing strategy and budget to ensure it aligns with our broader business goals and marketing direction.
- Identify and recruit creators across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, while nurturing relationships with influencers of all sizes to spotlight our tools.
- Analyze campaign performance and collaborate with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to track growth, revenue attribution, and content impact.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in business development and affiliate marketing. You need to be comfortable with data analysis to generate reports and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations. We are looking for someone who excels at campaign management and cross-functional collaboration, as you will be working closely with various internal teams to ensure our messaging is consistent. Fluency in English is required, and you should have a natural ability to stay ahead of cultural trends and creator behaviors.
