What you bring
We are looking for a Junior Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This role is perfect for a quantitative thinker who is eager to manage our affiliate programs and discover new ways to connect our products with customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving the recruitment and activation of affiliate publishers to meet our revenue and customer acquisition goals.
- Managing end-to-end relationships with affiliates while ensuring excellent execution of campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Analyzing performance metrics to develop actionable insights and reporting dashboards that inform our marketing strategy.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is an analytical self-starter with 1 to 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing. You should possess a strong command of Excel and a deep interest in data analysis to help us interpret marketing trends. We value candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating complex data points through compelling storytelling. A bachelor’s degree is required for this position, and while not mandatory, experience with influencer marketing or direct-to-consumer e-commerce is considered a significant plus. You must be fluent in English and ready to collaborate across our creative, product, and engineering teams.
