We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Proton, we are building a better internet where privacy is the default. Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers to expand our outreach database and initiate new campaign partnerships.
- Monitor, track, and optimize the performance of influencer campaigns while preparing data-driven reports for our internal teams.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing department to coordinate strategies and ensure all influencer content aligns with our core brand values.
Requirements
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget management.
- Strong project management and time management abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex metrics into clear insights.
- A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and methodologies.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or project management software is considered a significant advantage.
