We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Associate to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. At Proton, we are building a better internet where privacy is the default. Founded by scientists from CERN in 2014, we have grown into a global organization supporting over 100 million user accounts with a suite of tools including Proton Mail, VPN, and Drive. We operate with a start-up mentality, valuing high-impact talent and flat structures that allow us to move quickly in our mission to protect digital freedom and defeat censorship worldwide.

Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential influencers to expand our outreach database and initiate new campaign partnerships.
Monitor, track, and optimize the performance of influencer campaigns while preparing data-driven reports for our internal teams.
Collaborate with the broader marketing department to coordinate strategies and ensure all influencer content aligns with our core brand values.

Requirements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget management.
Strong project management and time management abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex metrics into clear insights.
A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies and methodologies.
Experience with influencer marketing platforms or project management software is considered a significant advantage.
