The opportunity

We are searching for a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our Digital Marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis in Bulgaria. This role is central to our success in the region, as you will be responsible for crafting and executing a strategy that drives both growth and efficiency. You will act as the primary lead for our affiliate partnerships, ensuring that every campaign meets our high standards for performance and compliance. A day in the life

• You will actively scout, acquire, and retain new Bulgarian affiliate partners while maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with our existing network.
• You will take ownership of the channel’s performance by monitoring ROI benchmarks, optimizing campaign agreements, and reporting on key growth metrics to leadership.
• You will collaborate closely with our internal legal, compliance, and creative teams to ensure all marketing assets and commercial negotiations align with our brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Who you are

You are a results-oriented professional with significant experience in affiliate management and a deep understanding of the Bulgarian market. You possess a sharp commercial mind, allowing you to negotiate effectively and interpret complex data to drive informed business decisions. Your toolkit includes proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and you are comfortable working with affiliate management platforms. Because we value clear communication, you are adept at articulating strategy and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. You are a self-starter who balances independent work with a strong team-player attitude, and you have a natural drive for continuous improvement.
