We are now profitable and approaching $10 million in annual revenue, and we are looking for a talented professional to help us scale even further.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Latvia. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by managing and optimizing our affiliate marketing efforts as we expand into new and existing markets.
What will you do?
- Develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program to support long-term growth in key regions like the Philippines, Vietnam, and Mexico.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture productive relationships with new affiliates while serving as their primary point of contact.
- Utilize tools like Affise, Tableau, and Google Analytics to track performance, manage tracking pixels, and implement data-driven strategies to maximize results.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the fintech industry and emerging markets. You possess strong analytical skills and a proven ability to interpret data to make informed business decisions. You are comfortable negotiating commission structures and promotional deals, and you have technical experience with tracking mechanisms like postbacks and pixels. Proficiency in English is essential, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within our agile, proactive team.
